Our farm’s diverse landscape ranges from soft alluvial creek flats to rolling basalt hillsides, providing an ideal setting for equine development and care.

Stabling & Training Facilities
Wakefield Stud is home to 27 high-quality stables, each designed to provide comfort and security for our horses. Adjacent to these, our modern serving barn and vet crush are equipped to handle all reproductive and health-related needs with efficiency and care.
Exercise & Rehabilitation Equipment
To keep our horses in peak condition, we offer a horse walker that ensures regular exercise and optimal fitness in a controlled environment. This facility is essential for maintaining the physical health of our horses, aiding in both training and rehabilitation efforts.
Extensive Paddocking
Our property includes 55 paddocks, allowing us to provide tailored grazing and turnout options to suit individual horse needs. This extensive network of paddocks ensures that each horse receives the ideal balance of social interaction, rest, and dietary management.
